Michael Fancher
With well over a decade of real estate development and investment experience, ranging from ground-up residential and commercial development to property acquisition, adaptive reuse and management, Michael has been in the commercial real estate business for the past 16 years. He began his career as a financial analyst with CBRE Capital Markets, and later founded Iconic Investments in 2009 after receiving his Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
In the last ten years, Michael has become one of the largest student housing landlords at the University of Colorado, providing ultra high-end luxury housing to students. He also helped assemble a 4.4 acre site in the heart of Boulder, which was developed into GOOGLE’s regional headquarters. In 2015, Iconic partnered with Craft Companies on several large development projects both inside and outside the Front Range including a 1,000 acre master planned community called Independence. Currently, Michael is developing the largest undeveloped land in Cherry Creek North at 201 Garfield into North Pointe Ten, a high-end multi-duplex project that lives up to his company's name - Iconic.
Michael lives in Denver and enjoys playing music, golfing, and giving back to the community.
